Version 17 Release - Email Saving

In the latest version of Client Engager (V17) we released the following features:

- New user permissions that prevent users from completing or changing responsabilities of phase they aren't responsible for.

- New user permissions that prevent users from seeing the Shared inbox and taking actions such as sending emails in a shared inbox

- Change to QBO and Xero link that means the clients when archived in Client Engager aren't archived in QBO or Xero

- Ability to link emails from inboxes to client communication log.
If the client is responding to emails sent from Client Engager then the link will be automatically.
On roll out of the feature Client Engager will go through and link old emails that were responding to emails from Client Engager
If a client emails in you can link that email manually and select if past or future emails in that conversation should be linked.
On linking an email to the client communication log from your personal inbox it will ask if this is private or viewable by all users. Please note Admins access users have visibility of all emails on the client communication log regardless of marking the email as private.
