Below is our planned road map for March 2024 - the end of September 2024. Please note that we have yet to finalise a release order.

During this time period, we will also release other tweaks, enhancements, and improvements based on user feedback.

• Time Tracking - the ability to track time, class it as billable or not, report vs budgets and profitability, report on capacity planning - End of March 2024

• HMRC 64-8 - ability to file for codes for authorisation for corporate tax, self-assessments, PAYE/CIS and VAT

• Permissions - Ability to limit the visibility of clients to each user and more

• FreeAgent - Matching functionality of Xero and Quickbooks API

• Ability to forward and CC people in emails in Client Engager

• Xenon Connect API - Ability to pull health scores into Client Engager, ability to organise deadlines based on xenon data and ability to pull through activity for pricing of services

• New deals view - ability to create and track deals for new business on a kanban board

• Launch of proposal document allowing you to send a proposal followed by a LOE

• Launch of new PDF layouts and designs for proposals and LOEs

• Launch of three-tier pricing, allowing packages to be built and selected

• Launch of Engager Pay to give a seamless payment sign-up for clients using direct debit, open banking or card payments

• New end-to-end onboarding wizard experience for clients

• Deeper integration to Xama, allowing clients to complete AML via the portal, removing the need to email a separate onboarding link to clients

• Improved functionality in the Companies House button to pull Persons of Significant control as well as directors through

• Ability to communicate internally on emails similar to job cards currently

• Ability for emails to be added to a queue for review and authorisation
