We have now released time tracking in version 20.5 of Client Engager.

In this version we have released-

• Bug Fixes

• Ability to hide columns on time logs screen and export csv files of the time logs

• Time log left hand menu in the client view now active

• Ability to use new placeholder to input Internal Deadlines into documents and emails

• Ability to CC and BCC people into emails.

  • Warning - do not cc/bcc staff into bulk emails as it may make email providers decide its junk

  • You can add staff easily, click on cc or bcc and click the person icon on the left and select from the user list

• Ability to change the wording and add emojis in clickable signing places etc

  • To do this go to settings- Communication section on the left hand menu - Special Links Labels and edit the wording and emojis there

  • Top Tip - avoid using the word click as emial providers are likely to see it and class it as junk
