On the 16th April 2024 we have launched a new chat bot within the Client Engager Help Centre which is powered by Artificial Intelligence.

The chat bots AI uses the information in the help centre to answer your questions and will present the answer and links to the articles its used to find the answer.

To us the the chat bot, click on the icon in the bottom right of the screen and ask you question.
