In the upcoming months, we are excited to see the following key features launching in Client Engager.

- Xero, users will be able to sync clients to their firm's Xero account, helping maintain accurate client data across both platforms. Users will also be able to see invoice history and raise one-off invoices from within Client Engager.

- Gmail, users will have the same functionality as the Microsoft integration allowing them to read, reply send new emails, move emails into different Gmail folders and create tasks from emails.

- 64/8 ability for both non-MTD and MTD ready taxes allowing users to initiate agent authorisation requests without leaving the Client Engager environment.

- Restrict access to client portal files, users can say which folder/s can be seen by which contacts of the business.

- Reassigning phases from the deadlines board rather than the client detail page.

- Ability to tag team members and link documents/uploads in comments on tasks and deadlines

- Ability to link emails to client timelines and set visibility options per email chain

- Communications log - the message tab is to become the communication log with improved filters and the ability to log calls and meetings. Calls and meeting logs will allow client, meeting/call topic, team member, date, start and finish time to be logged.

- Added new quick action functions - the ability to log calls and meeting notes via the quick action button.

- Ability to restrict user access to clients

- Time tracking, Capacity planning and profitability

- Launch a new help centre/knowledge with built-in live chat, search function, road mao, ideas list and shared templates sections
