We have just announced our road map April 2023 - September 2023

We are always asked what is on our road map, we only plan ahead a few months at a time so that we can take user feedback onboard and action it quicker than other practice management tools do.

We are determined to keep our road map flexible and adaptive so we keep the product evolving to suit our users and their feedback. This means dates and priorities can move and change but here are the current projects we are working on to deliver by mid September 2023.

• Email integration phase one - giving each user the ability to link their email and view and use a shared email - Microsoft Office first and Gmail will follow this summer.

• New Kanban board with editable card details to give you more control on the data you see along with brighter cleaner colours and appearance.

• Redesign of template page - splitting message templates and document templates into more appropriate places in the product while adding more place holders to create more powerful templates emails and documents.

• Automated emails phase one - you will be able to set templates and frequency of email reminds on a generic and client specific level. The emails will queue up for you to check and send or to allow to send automatically with out checking. The settings will allow emails to only send on working days and allow you to set what time they generate.

• Forms phase one - the ability to create forms to be filled out in the client portal to gather important information for payroll, tax returns, onboarding and anything else you can imagine.

These are just our big projects that are our core focus until September 2023, tweaks, improvements and other small updates will also be released on a regular basis.

We also appreciate these may not tick everyone's priorities or wish list items but we have built these priorities based on polls and feedback from our users to ensure we are developing in the interests of the majority.
