We have now released the Xero API in Client Engager version 12.10.

At this time it is undergoing Xeros certification process which we dont have any time frames for, until the certification is completed we are capped to 35 firms using the API.

As you know we always aim to bring new features as included with the existing fee structure, unexpectedly, Xero has a monthly fee to connect with their API, which does not exist for any other connection provider we link to.

This means, regrettably on this occasion, we will have to carry over the cost to the user should you wish to connect to Xero.

We will have to charge a £5 incl VAT, per month, per firm bolt-on for the connection to Xero if you want this feature turned on in your account. This cost covers the Xero charge and card processing charges.

We are continuing with the certification process but wanted to make you all aware of this as soon as we were aware and had decided how to move forwards
