In this new version of Client Engager which goes live 7th December 2023 we have the following updates:

• New left-hand menu in deadlines

• New filters for jobs and tasks you're mentioned in

• New mention notifications area

• New comments section, allows notes, tagging users and adding files for all deadlines and tasks

• New user permissions to allow users to edit or delete comments

• Ability to decide which columns are visible in the deadlines list view

• Ability to reassign phases from within the job card

• Ability to assign tasks to archived clients and prospects, these tasks will then appear on the deadlines board

• When you open the email inbox, it now opens the first message without clicking on the email as you have to currently

• Ability to set the BCC in settings to any email you decide not just the company inbox in the company settings

• Client, business and contact names in related clients and contacts screens are now linked up so clicking them opens the record in a new window.

• Added a Due date column to the completed jobs report and a column confirming if the job was completed on time
