Client Engager’s New Knowledge Hub

The new help section should have been a low key, quick and minor improvement but we got carried away and we are pleased to say it’s going to be a huge improvement as we launch a brand new knowledge hub!

So what’s going to in the new help section?

- It has a Live chat feature to reach out to the team and ask questions and they can direct you to the best resource in the new knowledge hub. This will be available weekdays between 8.30am and 5pm

- It combines all our pdf guides and videos in a more structured interface including a new Getting started section for new users to get going easily.

- It has our planned road map on so you can see what we are working on.

- It has a list of all the ideas we have on the ideas list and we are evaluating and the ability to submit more ideas.

- It has a recent updates section to help make it easier to read back and watch back the latest updates we have made to Client Engager.

- It has all the original templates in case you need to restore any you deleted or changed.

- It has templates shared by fellow users that thy use in their firm

- A link to the facebook community

- A link to book training sessions

We will be releasing this upgrade in the next public release in early January 2024 and it will be found by clicking “help” on the top menu in Client Engager.
